The client wanted to refresh their home with a modern, uniform aesthetic. The existing substrate consisted of a mix of old and new render, including pebbledash and sand-and-cement finishes. We used a thin coat silicone render system to go over the top of the existing render. The result: a sleek, contemporary render that transformed the property.
